In October, 2021 the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) issued this draft GA Strategic Business Plan, along with a public request for comments by 31 Dec 2021. The following comments were sent by members of the RI GA user community, among others.

Below is the response prepared by RIAC in response to these comments. While we do not necessarily agree with all of the responses, we commend RIAC for responding to each comment individually, and providing the name of the person at RIAC who was responsible for the individual responses. Additionally, senior management members from RIAC briefed the Rhode Island Pilots Assn at a dinner meeting in Feb 2022, and opened up the floor to additional Q&A:
